If you are not completely satisfied with your Adaptive Hosting account within the first 30 days of signing up with us, we will give you a full refund of your standard monthly hosting fees.
Set up fees will not be refunded. This includes hosting, SQL, mySQL or other set-up fees. Overage fees will not be refunded. (Overage fees include additional bandwidth usage, additional hard drive space, additional POP3 boxes, or other additions.) If you pay for a full year when you set up an Adaptive Hosting hosting account, waiving the set-up fee, and choose to cancel your account within the first year, the set-up fee will be retroactively charged back to you. You will receive a full refund for monthly services, minus the set-up fee. You would also be responsible for the domain name, if any that was purchased by Adaptive Hosting.
