I have a question: When a new hosting plan is purchased, the status of the control panel shows as "Suspended Mode". How long time does it take to activate the account automatically?

We explain in the Hosting Space Summary Email that is sent when the account is ordered that the account is in suspended mode until a representative approves the order. This extra safeguard is in effect as many web hosting orders are fraud. We typically activate accounts within a few minutes to a few hours depending on the length of time to verify the information provided in the order and the day/time of the order.
